Medical consultation prior to surgery is mandatory! Hair restoration surgeries at our Clinic are available only after the professional medical opinion of our Clinic. Both personal and e-mail consultation is possible.
At our Clinic both personal and e-mail consultation is available, accepted and provided free of charge! Personal consultation is only available on previously scheduled appointments at our Clinic in Szeged.
Scheduling an appointment for consultation is possible by phone, via e-mail or by filling out the form on our websites.
Booking an appointment in advance is mandatory, without it our Clinic refuses to do the consultation.

PAYMENT TERMS
In our clinic, the surgery fee can be settled as follows:
- in cash on the day of surgery.
- with a Bank Card payment on the day of surgery. (VISA, MASTERCARD)
- by bank transfer at the latest the day before surgery.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCHEDULED SURGERY CANCELLATION/DATE CHANGE
Cancelling a scheduled surgery is only possible via e-mail.
Check twice the day confirmed by the booking, if the reservation is canceled, the deposit can not be returned, we can not claim it to pay back. In this case the patient has voluntarily resigned or canceled the surgical time the deposit will be completely lost.
The clinic is not obligated to repay the paid deposit.
If the patient has paid the surgical deposit to the surgery indicated in the confirmation day / days, the requested date can not be changed anymore.
As a general rule, a new surgical time can only be requested with another payment.
Exception as outlined above:
If the surgery is canceled because: unexpected disease, an unavoidable obstacle is serious for a problem, and this is done by appropriate medical (general practitioner, specialist, hospital final report) or other official documentary evidence, it will be surgically operative You can change your date 1 time without having to lose your paid deposit.
The new date must be within 2 months from the date of deferment.
Repeat date beyond 2 months (including modification or new time request) the patient is obliged to pay another deposit.
A new surgical time is only available for a new period of payment based on a valid price list.
In that case if the clinic is prevented for unforeseen reasons in carrying out his duties and for other unavoidable and unexpected reasons for his patients you will not be able to receive at the pre-booked surgery time, and in any case notice to the affected patient (s). The way of the notification is e-mail or phone .
In view of the extent of the problem that hinders the provision of the service, the clinic is concerned it offers three alternate times for the surgery. If the patient a do not accept any of the times offered, the clinic is not required to submit any further offer which states that the surgical time is considered to be canceled by a patient and a the deposit is lost. In the present case, the patient's deposit can not be returned. By paying the deposit, the patient expresses this information in full he understands the fact that he understands and recognizes himself as compulsory, as well as to the clinic in accordance with this information no claim for damages.
Civil law section 6:185 [Earnest money]
(1) A sum of cash deposited with the other party shall be construed as earnest money if provided to evidence commitment and if this intention is expressly indicated in the contract.
(2) If the contract is performed the earnest money shall be credited to the amount payable. If the contract falls through for reasons attributable to neither or both of the parties, the earnest money shall be returned.
(3) The person responsible for the failure of performance shall forfeit the earnest money that he has given, or he shall refund twice the amount of the earnest money he has received.
(4) Forfeiture of the earnest money or the double repayment shall not constitute an exemption from the consequences of non-performance. The amount of the earnest money shall be credited to the contractual penalty and compensation.
(5) An excessive deposit of earnest money may be reduced by court at the obligor’s request.
OPERATION TIME CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation 30 days before surgery: 30% of the surgery fee will be billed
- Cancellation 14 days before surgery: 50% of the surgery fee will be billed
- Cancellation 7 days before surgery: 80% of the surgery fee will be billed
- Cancellation 3 days before surgery: 100% of the surgery fee will be billed
BY PAYING THE EARNEST MONEY PATIENT ACCEPTS THE CLINICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE EARNEST MONEY AND ON THE SCHEDULING, CANCELLING, OR CHANGING OF THE DATE OF A SURGERY.
